Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. mushrooms coursely chopped
¾ lb. onions
3 pints chicken stock
1 tablespoonful vegetable oil
Seasoning
Method –
Sauté onions in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
Add chopped mushrooms & sauté for 10 min.
Add stock
Simmer for 10 min
Liquidise.
Season to taste.
